I began studying graphic communication, where I learned to communicate ideas visually and to create solutions that were far beyond aesthetics, that were clear, intuitive, and useful for users.
Along that path I discovered the incredible world of UX and decided to pursue a master's degree in User Experience Design (UX).
Always, and intensely since then, I have been looking for new ways to improve the interaction between people and systems, services and/or products, doing research, empathizing with users and understanding their needs to optimize their experience with the products, contemplating both the design and the functionality.
